Aragorn led the fellowship out of the Mines of Moria and into the enchanted forest to gain shelter from the Goblins who would be after their quarry as soon as night fell upon the land. Once in the forest the Fellowship encountered the lady of light Galadriel and her followers. Galadriel was a very powerful Elf who was Queen of a colony of elves in the realm of Lothlorien. These Elves were related to the kingdom of Rivendell.
Galadriel gave the Fellowship food and shelter and words of hope along with stark warnings about the crumbling of the fellowship and of the dangers that lay before the Fellowship. The companions, full of much needed rest and food left the enchanted forest by way of The Great River of Anduin. The remaining Fellowship journeyed along The Great River of Anduin by way of canoes to the outskirts of the kingdom of Gondor.
Frodo was beginning to feel the weight of the ring his was carrying deep in his soul and he was staring to realize the Fellowship had to be broken for his companion's sake. As they Fellowship journeyed along the river they decide to rest from their travel and plan their next leg of their journey. As Frodo was trying to gather his thoughts, Boromir became consumed by the power of the ring and tried to take it form Frodo.
Frodo barely escaped the clutches of Boromir. Frodo next met Aragorn who knew Frodo was leaving the Fellowship and journeying on his own to complete the task of destroying the ring of power. As Frodo was leaving the presence of Aragorn the Fellowship was attacked by a band of Orchs that Saruman had created to track down the fellowship and retrieve the ring for his own evil purpose.
During the battle Boromir fell to the onslaught and was mortally wounded. Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas defending the fellowship with all their skill and bravery but, Merry and Pippin were captured by the Orchs during the battle and were being taken to Isengard home of Saruman.
During the battle Frodo and Sam managed to escape harm and began their perilously journey to Mordor to destroy the ring of power. Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas decided to rescue their companions' from the Orcs, so the chase began the hunted became the hunters. Continued... The Two Towers.
